The property is good value and close to the Metrocentre with plenty of parking. The footpaths to the road are overgrown with brambles and there is no crossing if you get public transport into town. Beds are comfy and free breakfast is a plus.

Booked a room for overnight stay after a late flight into Newcastle Airport - arrived at the hotel at around 2am , staff very pleasant but got to the room to find no bed made up for my son - had to unfold the sofa bed then go back down to reception to get bed linen and pillows and then go make the bed ! Last think I needed at that time in the morning - other than that hotel was absoloutly spot on , good breakfast - plenty of parking - comfy bed and all nice and clean
