"Everything was good except the check in...we waited almost over hour to check in....i think to expedite check in they should hand any paoerwork that needs to be filled out ahead of time...maybe change the check in procedure...etc you loose almost half a day just to check in...."

"Restaurants are good. Just the reservation system needs to be improved - you need to line up at the booking desk between 9am-4pm to make reservation. Many guests don't look at the menu before lining up. They browsed through the menus at the desk one by one and then decide which restaurant to reserve on which night. This makes the wait time very long. They should implement reservation using their Melia App. And you may not be able to go to certain restaurants during your stay because their...
