"I absolutely loved the traditional Japanese room with the private outdoor bath. While it can only fit one person it’s so relaxing to be out there amongst the bamboo hillside. The hotel staff here really go above and beyond helping you with baggage, shuttle to the train station, explaining, and giving restaurant recommendations. The dinner unfortunately was full as I booked somewhat last minute. Some of the town restaurants closed up a little early on Saturday but the recommended izakaya was terrific. I didn’t need most of the amenities but everything was provided including some tea, coffee, and a kettle that I wanted first thing in the morning. Just wish I stayed longer to experience more of the town and the onsens."

"This has been our favourite hotel of the trip. Cannot fault this place at all. Happy hour was a nice surprise and was great to see how many guests enjoyed a drink before heading out."

"Close to the major station, so the location was very convenient. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Amenities are just and not too much with various stuff. Traveled with my family of 3 adults and they have a good sized room with 3 double size beds. Would choose this place again. "
