"The hotel staff answered to all my requests from room change to amenities request. The location is good. Only 2 issues : the pillows are a bit too low and the sofa bed is quite small for triple sharing. "

"This is an amazing old building but we qeee not aware before our stay that there would be yours twice a day from outside people and yay does affect your privacy quite a bit. It’s a very old building but clearly they are doing their best to keep it maintained. A great place for a 2 night stay in Georgetown"

"Convenient and close to shopping, good breakfast, good service. The room is OK, full equipment but a bit small hair dryer. There is a limit wifi to the number of uses. Only two devices can be logged in per room. Wifi is not fast. Overall is OK ^^"

"A pleasant hotel on the beach and close to restaurants etc. Staff were extremely helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is the best - everything you could wish for is served. Room is spacious and very clean. Wine and fruit platter in room on arrival was a nice touch. Hotel could do with a bit of TLC in places i.e. Paint/repair - balcony seat cushion repaired or replaced, pool umbrellas repaired or replaced but nothing too major. "

"service is not a hilton standard . swimming pool we try to order some drink around 18:30 PM it say closes no drink service (Pool bar normal as i know closes on 19:00 morning food was empty very fast need very long time to fill up. a lot of stuff did't know there service if this is 3 star hotel i will not compliant.But this is one of Hilton. In my suites that i stay for 5 days. The shampoo or soup if you did noe used until empty will not put the new one(So funny for me)"
