Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, great amenities and perfect for our stay. You will not be disappointed! "

"The staff was friendly and provided towels to use at the beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The location was great for walking to Kata Noi beach and to many restaurants. I will stay here again next time I visit Phuket!"

"Hidden deposit requirement of $100 not mentioned upon booking. Guy at the reception was unpleasant to deal with. Incredibly slow check in process - everyday there were people sat in the lobby for several hours as they waited to be checked in (expect 4pm earliest). Cleaning service everyday was not completed before 4pm. Checkout requires you to wait for them to check your room before deposit return. Overpriced bar. No nightlights in room. Window in room did not lock. Gym benches are broken so...
