"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. All of the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had an issue in our room when we got there, called the front desk, and they fixed it in moments, sending us chocolates and a note in apology. Each time they found out it was our honeymoon, they brought us a dessert and congratulated us. The hotel also gave us a free ticket to Chef’s Plate, which was the greatest dining experience we had there. Pelicano’s was a little bit disappointing but Dolma far and away made up for it. One of the servers (it’s been a while but I think his name was Randy, a younger guy who usually works at Dolma or Spice) was absolutely incredible! He made sure that we felt privacy during our meals while also making sure we felt taken care of. We saw him several times throughout the week and I would call him a friend. Spice was delicious, which is amazing for a buffet. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"If I could fix my choice of hotel, I would ask for this: 1.Immediate access to walkable, swimmable beach. You cannot walk on the beach from this hotel. Swimming also does not look safe there because of parked boats and rocky shore. "private beach with pristine white sand shores" is basically a lie, except for "private". 2.Also the seaweed situation is terrible, we should have gone to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, mainland facing beaches there are unaffected by seaweed. 3.Softer pillows and beds, ideally with separate blankets for each person. Even my teenage son complained about the pillows. 4.Put handle bars on the outer side of spiraling stairs, so that stairs and handle bars do not disappear at the same time. My mom fell and sprained her ankle on the first day. 5.Bigger pool, this pool is a joke."

"The rooms were clean and updated. The hotel itself needs some work done. When we stayed there the ocean was covered in Seaweed there was no where to swim by the resort so we always walked to another side by a different resort to swim in the ocean. The activity team by the pool were the best. Chocolate David , Carlos and the ladies. They made it fun and enjoyable. It was the best part of the trip. The restaurant food was pretty good and good service."

"By far truly one of the best ever all inclusive resorts! The attention to detail by all the staff makes you feel super valued. I stayed on the 5th floor ocean front and Ruben from room service was exceptional and truly exceeded any request or expectation. Will definitely be staying here again!"
