Sehr gutes Hotel, das einzige was man bemängeln könnte: Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank. Aber man hat direkt neben dem Hotel links einen 7-Eleven und rechts einen Oxxo für kalte Getränke. Das Frühstück und Victor vom Rooftop Frühstücksrestaurant waren super und alle waren super nett.

When we arrived, the room seemd to be nice. We left the luggage and went for a dinner. When returned to the room, the smell of dump was unbearable. We were forced to ask for another room. In the end we were transferred to another hotel. The receptionist was verry helpful and attentive.

Una noche llovió y en el cuarto tuvimos goteras que salían de la LÁMPARA del techo, una situación muy peligrosa ya que podía haber un corto, al bajar a recepción a mencionar el inconveniente nos comentaron que en la recepción también tenían goteras y nos proporcionaron una toalla de manos como mejor alternativa. Fue una broma de muy mal gusto. Decidimos irnos a pasar la noche a otro lado y solo en ese momento en que nos íbamos nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación, nunca fueron a ver la gotera, mencionando que al día siguiente lo reportarían con mantenimiento. Horrible situación que no hace que quiera regresar. En general si solo utilizas el hotel para llegar a dormir e irte está bien, tuvimos situaciones donde a veces te dejaban menos toallas, a veces no dejaban papel, a veces te quitaban un jabón para las manos, pero dentro de todo se puede resolver.

La limpieza de el lugar no es buena, nos cambiaron según el edredón y estaba manchado como de salsa y algo amarillo y solo lo voltearon para que no lo viéramos y las sábanas sucias también. En la noche mucho ruido una alarma no dejaba de sonar

la ubicacion del lugar es muy buena, sin embargo el cuarto es bastante pequeño, el rooftop tambien es algo pequeño. la cama es sumamente comoda pero si creo que el cuarto es mas para una persona

Muy mal servicio

El hotel en general es bueno y bien ubicado, sin embargo cuando llegamos nos enteramos que el elevador estaba malo y el viaje fue con niños y una persona adulta con poca movilidad lo que dificultaba mucho estar subiendo y bajando escaleras. La atención del personal puede mejorar desde la actitud, la comunicación y la ayuda, no nos ayudaron ni a subir las maletas a pesar de que había alguien adicional en recepción y ni le importo. El restaurante quedaba en el último piso y este fue lo único Excelente del sitio, ya que no era del servicio del hotel sino independiente, su atención y la comida muy buena. Lastimosamente no nos volveríamos a quedar en el sitio, a pesar de estar bien ubicado y las habitaciones cómodas, el servicio debe mejorar sobretodo con las familias y al menos ayudar a subir maletas o informar con anticipación del estado del elevador.

The hotel and room were excellent for the cost. Location is awesome- shops, restaurants, beach are in walking distance. On the other hand, due to proximity to such area it gets very noisy at night. Other than that it was enjoyable stay.
