"I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The pictures on the website were misleading, as the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. The staff was friendly, but they were also uninformed about our stay and the changes we requested when we asked to change rooms. The manager was never present, and the Roof Bar and access were closed. The “coffee bar” was just a Kursk, which is not an actual bar. "

" Breakfast, elevators, AC, room cleanliness, all good. However, the majority of their staff is younger and on their phones and seemed bothered when they were out of coffee or needing a printout from the reservation. Only other challenge: I don’t need much but the rooms are tiny, there is no closet or anywhere to hang and the bathroom does not have anywhere to keep a small bathroom bag. It’s just really small."

"I walked in to get a room I reserved onlinr only for my reservations not to be there I was talking to a staff member at the desk that was there last time I try to get a room from this very same hotel and after seeing rooms available 10 mins prior whenI asked for a room he said they was booked this was on a random Tuesday now this time im having trouble with a reservations so they tell me to make it again so I made the reservations right there in front of them they gave me my room key only to go up stairs and my room key doesnt work so I go back down the stairs to let them know its not working for them to give me another room in the other side of the same floor which is now loccated adjust form the engineer room which for the two days i was there was consistently loud because staff members relentlessly when in and out of the room slamming the door its doesnt even make sense why have a room where staff members need to go in and out repeatedly near the guest"

"I prepaid for a room for 2 nights / 3 days. Before my trip, I specifically called the hotel to let them know my flight into JFK would be arriving late around 10:30 PM and told them NOT to give my room away. I even called again the day before to confirm they had left a note on my reservation. I arrive at the hotel at MIDNIGHT after traveling all day, and they tell me they gave my room away anyway. Their explanation? “It’s first come, first serve.” HOW does that even make sense when I already PAID for the room in advance and notified you multiple times that I was arriving late?! Then it gets worse. When I asked for a refund for the first night, they told me my delayed flight was “my fault” and refused to refund me. Absolutely unbelievable customer service. On top of that: Dirty rooms Only 1 elevator working Terrible customer service from start to finish"

"Hotel was in a good location, many subway stations in walking distance. Different subway stations to use to go to LGA as well. Great restaurants & bars in the area. Quiet at night Clean rooms & bathrooms, staff was nice & helpful. Only downside would be the wait for the elevators, longest I’ve had to wait was 5-10 minutes."

"My room had stains on the counters, the balcony view was literally garbage in their courtyard, clean property but not a clean location around it "
