The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious. The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance. "

"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful...

"We had a lot of trouble finding the place and had to check in at another address. The area was a slum and the building was old and run down."

"Hotel was in a lovely location overlooking beach. We were kindly given a nice sea view room with a balcony which we had requested. Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable. Found staff to be very helpful and polite. Nice hotel which I would highly recommend..."
