"The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay."

You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. "Within walking distance to the heart of the city of Palermo. Our room was very spacious although it was in the older section and elevator only went to first floor so had to climb stairs to second floor. Morning breakfast provided was nice. "

Most exciting was the size of the shower (European showers tend to be quite small and this one was decent size) However, the best part about this hotel is the rooftop restaurant. We dined there for dinner with superb service from Natalia! The food, drinks and views were out of this world! Was able to have breakfast there as well (included in rate) ...

"Okay hotel. The staff was very nice, and we also enjoyed the breakfast very much. They say they have a gym, but they do not; the equipment is very old, and there is one weight machine that barely works. Not even sure why they have it there. The hotel should invest in some nicer equipment. The other issue we had was with the wifi. We had NO wifi connection in our room. We brought it up with the front desk, and they said it should be working, but it wasn't. If you need a gym, I would suggest...

"Be aware of the area. The hotel is located in a very old run down part of town. Its safe enough once you get comfortable with the area. It is centrally located and walkable. They need to train their maids. The conditioner had shampoo and so did the shampoo container. The shower gel was broken and when I mentioned it they just said yes. There was a soap dish near the sink but no soap!, i asked and was told to take the body wash from the shower. I insisted i get a bar of soap. Bed was...
