"The stay was great, except for the water main break, which left us without water for more than 10 hours the second night. We were told that they would give us some compensation for the inconvenience, but since we booked through a third party we had to work with the third party. It would have been nice if they would have settled things with us, and then settle things on the back end with the third-party. That would have been an opportunity to "wow" their guest. Now, I guess we will see whether...
