I was very disappointed in the room. No electrical outlet my bed for C pap machine. No extra blankets. For the price of the room, I expected the best. And the restaurant is a joke. No atmosphere. Cafeteria ambiance. I will stay elsewhere when I return to Cincinnati in the future.

The room, especially the bathroom floor, could have been cleaned better. The 14th floor hallway needed vacuuming. The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful :)
