The view from my room from the balcony was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Some of the property needs some repair but all in all I enjoyed my stay ending with a fantastic meal in the restaurant 18.

View over city was great. Location though next to highway good. Staff for the most part great. However, first floor bar closed. Bar on 18th floor not a bar. No complimentary breakfast. Elevators don't always work. Bugs in room. Lots of road construction next to hotel.

The stay overall was okay, the issue I had was with cleanliness. We found a couple of hairs left in the shower and if you walk around the room without a pair of slippers or something then your feet/socks will constantly be dirty. The staff was friendly and kind about everything so that was something. If we didn't have such a long day and was so tired, I would've swapped hotels.

The hotel is not updated. It is old but unique. Our room faced the freeways and was awful noisy. The bed was excellent. The perk of the hotel is the restaurant on 18th floor with buffet - revolving, with awesome views, delicious food, amazing staff.

The hotel was very run down. The elevator was very slow we had to get off and use the stairs. We had to switch rooms was dirty and stains all over the carpet the glass door handle was broken. The staff was very kind. The hotel just seemed dirty and run down. Even when we switched rooms was just not at all what the pictures online looked like stains on the sheets and carpet.

Best part was the bed which was super comfortable, got a good night's sleep, however the noise from i71 was pretty loud, right outside the window. Good coffee in the room but not all the outlets worked and not all the lights worked, T'was not inexpensive but good value as it was the only Hotel available under $300 on the night we had to stay in the Cincy area. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. expecting to check in but there were no rooms available so we came back later after 10:00 and the room was available. Did not stay for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and curteous. Would stay again.
