The room was a little dinghy, the shower needs a good scrub, the curtain had a little gap where I had to use my hair clips to keep it closed. Someone left their food in the refrigerator. Bring your own charging blocks and cords. It was difficult for my child with special needs to sleep due to the noise of the train and vehicles crossing the bridge. It was pretty scary when the police had to enter my room and try to use the connecting door to enter the room next to me due to a personal concern. The staff were kind. Breakfast was good although you have to pay for it.

I selected this after flights delayed two days and wanted a cheaper hotel from where I’d attended conference in Cincy. I opted not to add breakfast. Property looks rough on outside especially compared to nearby hotels. I was concerned. However, the inside was very nice. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Keurig in room. Updated room. Older ac/heat. Can hear highway noise. We walked to Braxton’s Brewery. Felt very safe. Lots of public transit around. Friendly staff. Great value. Highly recommend. Would choose again especially if trying to save money.

The wonderful woman who checked us in Tuesday evening was very courteous and polite. The room was super clean The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. The walk-in shower was the topper!!!!
