"It’s a beautiful hotel and great service. The only thing that bothered me a little is having to have the hotel wristband. I understand why, but need to figure out a better system. Go out of into town and everyone knows where U’re staying. Also, they give you 1 set of 2 card keys. 1 for elevator and 1 for room. "Como recomendación, necesitan más atención al huésped ya que en ningún momento se acercaron a decirnos las actividades ni las opciones dentro del hotel, el último día de la estancia nos comentaron del nuevo hotel Villa del Palmar flamingos y nos invitaron un desayuno y una gratificación monetaria para gasolina pero desafortunadamente nos íbamos al día siguiente y como observación pues esa invitación tenía que ser al principio de la estancia en el hotel "

"The good We really enjoyed the staff and the hotel itself. The bad. Not a lot of food options for non Mexican dishes and we had zero hot water in our suite. We talked to numerous staff and they said that there was nothing they could do. We also had to ask 3 of our 7 days to have our mini bar restocked. I know these seem like minor issues but we spend a lot of money to not have a hot shower for a week. "

"Really clean property, really friendly and attentive and staff. Sales staff (for Krystal Rewards) were REALLY pushy, which was annoying. Perhaps it's because we went towards the end of busy season/beginning of the off season, but there were 2 of 7 nights that all property restaurants were closed, many nights only one restaurant was open. "This was cute resort perfect for social media, food and drinks 5/10 since it was buffet style only certain food were good and the drinks were from premade mixes. I loved the fresh stations like eggs any style, pancakes or chilaquiles those were the best. Staff were wonderful we asked for extra towels they were at our room in 5-7min. Short walk from beach area where they had another bar and beach chairs for us."

"Belle emplacement! Options pour tous! Notre première chambre était la 301 vie partielle sur l’océan. Très belle chambre et propre. Nous avons demandé un upgrade section Hacienda Adulte seulement et avons eu la 193 swim out. Juste wow! Le staff était d’une politesse incroyable. Coup de coeur pour Felix section plage, Louis section OWest et Cesar section piscine Hacienda. Les plus beaux couchés de soleil jamais vue au roof top OWest… bonne nourriture.
