We had so much fun. Food was great loved the atmosphere definitely will come again maybe next time to the Secrets Resort .Alma did awesome cleaning are rooms excellent staff Esteban helped us with are questions.The most important thing for me was the beach so beautiful steps away from the resort .Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Will come back again

Food is great. Staff is friendly. Aerial view/pictures of property and pools are deceiving as it includes both dreams and secrets (they are right next to each other). Dreams resort section is actually quite small and showing its age (pool towels are old and frayed). Only one dining option with partial ocean view.

Why too many weddings with loud music till 10:30 most evenings. Many of the restaurants were closed. On some evenings only 2 of 5 were open. They no longer cook lunches outside. That used to add variety to the food. Also the no longer cook outside for the morning buffet with selections of coffees. Before Hyatt they always had a greater variety of restaurants open. Now it is not so special.
