"Great place to stay. Pros: Clean, delicious breakfast, close to a mall and restaurants, walking distance from beach, amazing swimming pool, pretty good fitness center. Cons: Beach amenities. There are no beds, only chairs. The tents aren’t permanent, they must be disassembled daily. It is supposed to be around 17:00, but the staff starts around 16:30 to bother you with the process. They want to do it as early as possible and go away. "

"Reception for checking in and out was very good. Service at the restaurant was excellent, especially for breakfast, and the food was good. The door to our room needed repair and was tended to quickly once we advised reception. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean, though the bathroom floor could have been better. "El servicio fue excelente con buena atención para los requerimientos del huésped, contando con un restaurante donde cocinan los pedidos del menú con puntualidad y calidad. "The hotel was really nice & well kept. The only reason I gave it a four was the poor internet connection. The wifi at the hotel was absolutely terrible with constant disconnections. The pool is also really small so if you're main thing is a pool, I'd look elsewhere Otherwise, the service & rooms were amazing & the location was definitely the best for in Santa Marta. If you don't know where to stay, location wise, look no further "

"Hotel in guter Lage. Direkter Zugang zum Strand, schöner grosser sauberer Swimming Pool, leider nur wenig Schattenplätze. In Laufdistanz gibt es viele Restaurants, Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, Aquarium Mundo Marino ist gleich neben dem Hotel. Vielseitiges Frühstücksbüffet und reichhaltiges Abendbuffet (Gebühr).
