The only thing i didnt like was there was no hot water in the shower 2 of the 3 days i was there. For the prices there should be hot water, taking a cold shower is not my idea of good accommodation. Otherwise its a fantastic hotel staff and other amenities are first class

Brandon at the Lounge bar downstairs was exceptional! He was warm and welcoming and makes a VERY good Moscow Mule. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and the property is beautiful and the scenery is gorgeous!

Pretty property. Nice rooms. Breakfast buffet nice but hot food wasn't hot enough. Servers were not accessible all the time to order the 2 options to order a la carta. Once finished food, plates stayed at the table instead of servers picked plates

Overall it was a nice stay at this hotel. Balconies with rooms are a nice touch. Pool area is very pleasant with nice views. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend getting the 34 square meter rooms for a couple. The 24 square meter rooms is too small for two... the advertised square footage includes the balcony .

Horel was well maintained but even being on the 9th floor didn't shield us from blaring music by the waterfront all night long. We didn't sleep at all. Also the anthem playing at 4 am interrupted our sleep as well as did a training or marching session in mid morning hrs. Terrible. Room service also had to be frequently called for towel service.
