Windows had not been clean in ages, within booking in and paying at desk, tell phone room to ask for payment, told them paid, when booking out agains said had not paid, thus took staff 10 minutes to confirm paid within 5 minutes at hotel. Pool is just a big bath, 20 people in pool it was full

Great clean Hotel with Amazin bay views and friendly staff. Breakfast was not the best compared to the other Hiltons (cartagena or Medellin). Indoor parking available via the side entrance.

The employees were very friendly. The location of the hotel is great, less than a 5 min walk to the a Sant Marta Marina. I felt pretty safe, as a solo female traveler. I plan to come back!
