"It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. "

"Fue nuestra segunda vez en Puerto Vallarta y la primera vez en este hotel. Mi esposo y yo estuvimos celebrando nuestra luna de miel y el trato fue más que excelente todo el tiempo. El staff siempre muy amable y atento. Al llegar se nos hizo saber de una cuponera a la cual tuvimos acceso por los días que estuvimos y eso nos ayudó a obtener un upgrade el cual solo hizo nuestra estadía aún más amena.
