"Staff were very helpful and, on seeing my partner's disability, immediately upgraded us to a larger, more disabled-friendly room. Disabled lift facility not as user-friendly as it should be. "Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for the second time a year in between. Stunning boutique style hotel that’s embraced its past and merged well with contemporary features. Wonderful classically designed and decorated rooms oozing quality with clear attention to detail. Bathroom well appointed and immaculately kept and cleaned. "The hotel is clean and rooms are clean and comfortable there is beautiful walks we took our dog and he loved it the only thing I could say is that it’s £25s a night for the dog to stay which I think is a bit pricey but overall the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful and friendly the hotel is clean and well looked after "
