"Hotel recpetion was nice and clean, the bar next to it had seating and a good range of drinks. The breakfast was very good with hot food and cereal. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy with soft and firm pillows. The curtains kept the light out. It was a bit noisy even with the window shut. Parking is near by in a multistorey and the hotel can reduce the price of your ticket. The surrounding area is very nice with restaurants and cafes. The city centre is about a 10 minute walk away...

"Quite possibly one of the most stressful stays I’ve had. I tried to contact the owners of the property for over a week regarding the parking situation (The road outside the property is permit only but was eventually told it is free at weekends). When someone eventually picked up I got told to send a message and someone would reply to me straight away, this took a further 2 days and more messages before getting a response. I was then over charged and payments were taken out of my bank a week...
