Another great stay here. We were also given a room upgrade upon check-in, which always helps to make the stay more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again as it’s only across the road from the train station. It’s ideally located for shops, bars and restaurants.

The only problem we had was 2 of the 3 lifts weren't working, I was on the 11th floor and being 74 could not face the stairs, so spent most of our time waiting for a lift and being rammed in. The breakfasts were lovely had something for everyone.

Comfortable room, tired stairways. Unfortunately one lift was out, ended up taking ages , often having to go up before going down. Hopefully fixed next time.
