"The resort is stunningly beautiful. Their culture is in displayed beautifully and maintained daily. The pool, lights, the daily blessings, the vibrant colors, etc. The room, with the stars in the ceiling, & sky light "stars", the beautiful hardwood floors were so inviting. The daily breakfast was such a variety of options for any culture. The staff was so kind, always greeting with a "Sawasdee". Made you feel at home."

"I think they need to improve of check in process. Pretty take time and if we did not ask when we got the room, maybe they did not come to us. The weather is hot , and your service made hotter, we came to sit the first one in air - con room but your team served our welcome drink 30 min later and after the second the person came after us.
