"The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room."

"Good"

"Great breakfast & cleaned and very kind service mind. And it’s so close to Bahnhof, so it is very easy to find the hotel and catch up the train on time."

"The reception is very helpful, the room is good, worth the money. Breakfast is average. Take about 7 minutes walk from train station, maybe not suitable for those who have many bags. Overall it's ok, as the Swiss's hotel standard."

The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And the view of the...

The staff was absolutely incredible. A special thanks to Patrik & Max for being so kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. What made our experience even more memorable were the wonderful connections we made leaving us feeling as though we had made lasting friendships! And the...

"We stayed here four nights. Beautiful view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. The outside restaurant had a beautiful view of the mountains, though a somewhat limited menu. Everything we had was very good, including the fondue. A bit of a walk uphill from the train station, but they will pick you up. Would definitely recommend."
