No ac in hotel making it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Switches for lights glow at night and cannot be turned off. Staff was wonderful and kind but would not stay there again.

Positives were location and breakfast - both excellent. Should have more clearly noted there is no air conditioning so rooms were warm in early May and had to keep windows open at night which was noisy. Also - parking shown and free should be noted as limited parking free and if that is full you need to use metered parking across street.

Overall a pleasing stay, close to the railway station. Wish the bathroom was a bit bigger - standing shower was tiny without any provision to put shampoo and soap! Would recommend but ask for a room with bigger bathroom.

The room is not an actual room : on the side of the property . The pictures and rooms advertised on the website are legit but the room given to us was none of their real hotel rooms. This is a false advertising and when confronted they were not helpful. Room didn’t have air conditioning either we couldn’t breath at night we couldn’t sleep and too late to leave in the middle of the night . We realized we have no choice but wait till morning to leave. Breakfast was also terrible . The buffet was minimal and ridiculous. They had signs on the walls to not take food . A room for almost $600 staying on the side walk would have been more convenient. The bathrooms had no air and smelled awful . They need to be reported and fined to put customers at danger while staying there. This hotel is in violation .

The hotel was fantastic, very modern with lots of amenities. Very close to the train station but not so close that there was any noise disruption. Everywhere in interlarken was walkable but the hotel also provided transport passes and helped out with any queries we had. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and always well stocked. Would stay again

We picked this hotel as a base to visit the Jungfrajoch and the Schilthorn. 1/2km from Interlaken Ost train station was very convenient. Warm buffet breakfast and mini bar included. Also the chance to buy the Winterlaken travel pass for the trains, gondolas in the area. Close to shopping, restaurants and groceries. I'd stay here again.
