"i used to live in the West Suburbs of Chicago and am very familiar with this area which is why I chose this particular property thinking it would be a nice comfortable place to stay while home visiting my family. Unfortunately I cannot give more than 2 stars. I was very disappointed by how outdated this property was! Everything, furniture, bed, the bathroom, shower...old! I couldn't even charge my watch because there was no USB port. The staff was nice and friendly, the hallways and elevators...

"Not a great place considering that it ran us $175/night. Was expecting something much nicer for the price. Room was Spartan - missing furniture. Example: Coffee maker sitting on top of mini fridge in the floor in a corner. No table. No desk. Just weird. Strong smell of weed in parking lot. Bathroom was nice and clean. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Overall though, not a great experience."

"The rooms looked like they had recently been remodeled (May 2026) and were very clean. The lobby was undergoing a renovation and it was a bit chaotic but there were no real issues. I also appreciate that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room, however, there was no safe. Parking was plentiful. The only negative thing I can mention is that I was at the hotel 4 days and my room wasn’t made up, restocked, or cleaned the entire time."

"I never got a room. I was notified that expedia over booked ...so I did not get a room....and I am waiting for my credit(room cost) to go back to my credit card from Expedia."

"It was a short stay so I didn't have time for the pool or fitness center, but the breakfast was excellent. It would have been nice if the computer in the business center was working properly. It was not able to load and print my boarding pass."

"This place is great at cleanliness. That’s the issue here. If I leave a bad comment, the property manager will probably not let stay there again so I’ll save that story for the date it happened. I stayed here again cause it’s very affordable and clean. Had to call the motel 6 customer service when I stayed there in May"

"Passable for a relatively inexpensive hotel. Old and no frills. Needs upgrades. Generally clean, though tissue dispenser was sticky and dirty. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Some had limited English. Thin towels. We received no housekeeping. The included breakfast was pretty good. Very poor wi-fi. Repeated issues with door keys. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again."

"It was fine for me but my wife is much more particular and pointed out items that could have been cleaned better or items like drapes that were stained and should probably be replaced."
