We had a really good stay. Bedroom was spacious, and very clean. I am happy that room had iron and iron stand, dryer, makeup remover, shower gel, soap etc. Breakfast was included.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly, even let me check in a little bit earlier. That's a plus for me. Breakfast was there but not my cup of tea, but it's good for those who like it. Overall, I would say there again at that location.

Arrival was easy and check in simple. The property overall was humid but our room temperature was pleasant. We checked out the pool but didn't swim, towels were available and it was a decently sized space. Breakfast was hearty and honestly one of the main reasons we picked this spot over others. The room we had was lovely (keeping in mind you can hear everything from rooms above you from the footsteps to the shower to the window dressings being adjusted) and for what it's worth it was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful and I would 100% stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay and Wonderful Staff! I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn during my recent visit to Chicago. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The customer service was excellent throughout my entire stay. The breakfast was very good, and the kitchen and breakfast staff did a great job. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and comfortable, and everyone I encountered was pleasant and willing to help. I stayed in a suite, and my only suggestion would be to add a dresser or additional drawer space for guests to unpack and put their clothes away. There really wasn’t enough storage space for clothing, especially when staying for several days. Other than that, everything about my stay was excellent. I truly appreciated the wonderful service and hospitality from the entire staff, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting

Looks like the property was recently remodeled. Everything was nice. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were good and fluffy. No complains about the TV, entertainment or fridge. No problem with hot water. The indoor pool was clean but a bit cold and that is just how the temperature has been. Note that there is is no hot tub. Breakfast was nice, there were 3 hot items - egg cheese sandwich, potatoes and sliced hot dogs. Rest was the usual stuff - oatmeal, bread, make your own pancake, fresh fruits, boiled eggs.
