"Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC. "

"The Hand & Flower hotel is a fantastic place to stay! We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room staying in one of the suites. The staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. We enjoyed the complimentary English Breakfast every morning. Be aware that the hotel is very old and does not have an elevator. Everything else was wonderful!"
"VHS is such a beautiful hotel in a perfect central location. The general manager, Luca, is absolutely amazing! We got to the hotel a few hours before check-in, and he went out of his way to move some things around so that all three of us could get into our rooms by 11am. VHS is perfect combination of charm, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended! "
"It was incredible. I'm one of the lucky people who always get the better room in a hotel. However, I have to say that Kensington Prime is the one that I'm most impressed with everything straight from the receptionist, who was so kind, caring and friendly (once again I really appreciate your assist), to the hotel facilities. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and would surely go back for another stay.
