"The place is worn out. You can do better"

"We flew in late so this hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport the bed was comfy room was beautiful"

"The resort was fantastic in every way."

"What I did not like is that you could not bring the water that the hotel gives you to the pool area! Is the water THEY give you! Is a way for them to make you buy a drink at the pool and spent $18 for a mix drink!"

"We had no hot water for our last two days. Front desk said the whole hotel was not getting hot water. Bell desk and valet were very friendly and helpful. Front check in was cold not out going at all. Housekeeping was friendly when I saw them. You were never sure when they were coming. You pay a $45 resort fee for little services. I stayed 8 days they changed the sheets one time and cleaned the room one time. They would come by and drop off towels occasionally."

"The property was clean and the staff was so friendly."

"The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were super helpful & thankful for them helping me out with the printer/computer/check-in/check-out. My trip was smooth."

"Nice gated place with pool ,hot tubs, Starbucks on site ,very friendly"

"Room was very clean. Staff was helpful and nice. What I do not understand is why an office chair is missing? I called and they told me that they'll put it on a ticket. A ticket!! No fridge either? The remote did not feel clean & the bloody thing needed a new battery or something. Also, Using the phone felt like the room was about to crumble I mean if u book on expedia expect the worse of the worse. Geez Palm casino. You're suppose to be the best."
