The issues here are seemingly typical for a lot of Hyatt properties: the check in. When in Vegas, comparably this was a terrible check in process. Also, the overwhelmed valet and nonexistence of private cars being available. I would expect first class treatment when desired in Vegas. Taxis, drop off and loading into Ubers? Great. "It was a few things that were wrong but the fact you charged me a resort fee and there was no resort is crazy . The pool was down the cabanas were down the whole resort area was closed. My room looked clean for face value but the tub was dirty and my sheets had blood on them this was absolutely not a good stay"
