"Hotel check in was very slow, and staff was blah no smiles. Hotel was outdated but the beds were very comfy. Only good thing about the place. The elevators worked some days and didn’t the other days. We had to take the stairs one day bc we waited for 30 mins and the stairs put us out in some random area parking lot. The pool area was closed so we couldn’t even go enjoy that. It’s March, why is it closed still? We had unexpected fees that put a hold on your card per day and we had two rooms! It does get released at the end of your stay. We won’t stay here again bc of our experience. "

"check in took forever and we weren't able to check into our rooms until late and not until the evening for 2 of our rooms. We had 5 rooms in total. It was awful "

"I always love staying at this hotel. Be sure to pay extra for top floor with a view. The Eiffel Tower is just a remarkable experience as well"

"There was a power outrage at the hotel while I was there and it was not handled well by the hotel/staff. No guidance as to what to do with no elevators avail or severity of the issue. Worse part was the casino area was fully lit up. Had to leave hotel to conduct business with no support from the front desk. Also used check out thru the TV and never received a receipt."

"The hotel is in the middle of many other hotels and easy access to each--such as the Paris Hotel, Planet Hollywood. Easy access to the strip as well! "

"Great location. Daybed by the pool was great. Only issue was paid cash for drinks poolside and my card was still charged. Transaction didn’t hit until we were already home. Other than that a great time. "
