I’m giving this hotel 1 star for customer service at check-in. The front desk lady, Marilou, was unhelpful and not welcoming — definitely not the kind of first impression a guest hopes for. On the other hand, another front desk staff member named Kovid was outstanding. He was courteous, professional, and made us feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is clean, which I appreciated, but first impressions matter, and guest service at check-in needs improvement.

Great stay! Staff friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice that it is a little north on strip were you are not right in the chaos of the strip.

Room was very clean and ready for us even though we booked it last minute to celebrate our engagement. We're locals so it was a celebration staycation! Large and spacious bathroom with walk in shower with a rain head. The provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash was cleansing and made my skin nice and soft. Stocked mini bar and sweets within the room was a nice touch, though a bit to pricey to partake in. Booking through Expedia got us a $65 credit (any gratuities are still charged separate) for their Famous Foods section. We enjoyed delicious pork tonkotsu bowls made to order. Room had a panoramic view of the strip and Resorts World 7 pools. We also tried out the zoox rides offered for free and had an easy time requesting our ride. They also have a zoox concierge desk to request a ride is you don't want to use the app. Overall, this was a fun little getaway for us locals and we'll definitely be back to experience more of Resorts World!

I really liked the hotel, with its new, fresh look, and the amenities were great! Honestly, I don't know why hotel guests pay for parking. My front bumper tow cover was stolen from the parking lot. This was very unfortunate and not the type of outcome one would expect in a hotel parking lot like this.
