However, when we arrived we need to make a local phone call for waiting the staff to open the hotel (even though there was another staff inside and it's freezing outside)... We'd booked for ensuit bathroom and we have a really, really big room in return...so comfy"

"Room was not ready or clean when we arrived. Room was not as advertised in photos (in fact, the building we were in did not match the photos online). Room has a smell. Everything is extra charge, if you need paper towels or fresh towels without musty smell. Cuatomer services rude and absent. Stay away."

"Spotless beautiful rooms, breakfast was also very enjoyable a nice bonus! Not really walking distance to main area for bars and restaurants, harbour etc but we had a car so 10 mins and your right there. We chose the hotel comforts over the location and were very glad we did would pick the same hotel again. "

"Everything was amazing. The breakfast, the rooms, the all day coffee, , cleanliness, games in the lobby….everything was perfect. The location was in Midtown not downtown, but it was a very easy bus ride anywhere you needed to go. Also many tour companies pick up right in front of the building."

"Enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very welcoming & helpful. Checkin is clear and also has Igdlo sign on building for easy find. Location is close to basically everything, and Bus 55, which saves over $25 round trip to KEF airport. The room and shared bathroom were always clean also. The rooms are small and the lighting not so bright, but overall it was fine, and a very good value for an expensive place like Iceland."

In più l'appartamento disponeva di una Dinette dotata di tutto il necessario ed un tavolo comodo per 4 persone. La location inoltre è veramente buona ad un passo dal centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."
