It was an amazing stay for us. The room was one of the best I've stayed in - clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchenette. Better than the room was the staff - Kamil, the main man, went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and also arranged our travel after check out. Kuba was very courteous and helpful as well. We will definitely come back to Candlewood Suites when we visit Iceland again.

Central location in a quiet yet very convenient area. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and the Wi‑Fi worked very well throughout our stay. The price was excellent value for a city‑centre hotel, with many good restaurants nearby and a grocery store just a 2‑minute walk from the property. Fire alarms were set off approximately 11:30pm. Unfortunately after an international flight this was very intrusive. The alarms continued to sound on and off for the better part of an hour with no clear understanding from the team as to how to get them under control. We ultimately left in the middle of the night to find another hotel, as my son was concerned the alarms would continue to sound and could not get back to sleep.
