"It's just across the street from BSI which is very convenient. However, when we arrived we need to make a local phone call for waiting the staff to open the hotel (even though there was another staff inside and it's freezing outside)... We'd booked for ensuit bathroom and we have a really, really big room in return...so comfy"

"Although the room is very simple but there are extra WC and shower room on each floor so very convenient. It is very close to the supermarket within walking distance. The shared kitchen on the main level is a big plus which we did not expect."

"Only the bare minimum was available in the kitchen. Bring your own corkscrew and knives! We had to pay a lot for extra cleaning of the room and then noticed they had not done much, not changed the sheets nor cleaned the bathroom. There was a lot of dust behind and under couch.... "

"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "
