Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. "Only the bare minimum was available in the kitchen. Bring your own corkscrew and knives! We had to pay a lot for extra cleaning of the room and then noticed they had not done much, not changed the sheets nor cleaned the bathroom. There was a lot of dust behind and under couch.... "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Guesthouse Galtafell! Really good value for money, clean and lovely and warm rooms. The location is amazing, walking distance to BSI bus station and central Reykjavik. Checking in was so easy too! We had a small issue in our room. The toilet leaked but Guesthouse Galtafell could not have done more! They immediately moved us to a new upgraded room and were so apologetic. Things happen but the way they dealt with the situation was brilliant! Without hesitation, I...
