Helt igennem en god oplevelse fra morgenmads holdet, over receptionen til samtlige ansatte i poolbaren. Poolen i sig selv var et fantastisk sted over byen, hvor man kunne slappe af i løbet af dagen og slutte dagen ved. Værelserne er i god standard og holder fundet ud hvad der loves. 100 % sikkert et hotel jeg vil vælge næste gang jeg besøger den fantastiske Ho Chi Minh City og det vidunderlige...
"Great staff from the second we stepped onto the property. They're customer service and hospitality is above and beyond! There were little things I've noticed that made our stay feel safe at all times. The outside staff was always aware. I was inside making change with the front desk while my wife was outside waiting to pickup food delivery. I saw her near the street talking to the delivery guys and in an earshot away, i noticed the outside staff was right there assuring her safety but not...

"Incredible service by the staff... went out of their way to help us get through crowds and parades with luggage during road closures and parades. Great views from 2 of the three bedrooms, balconies everywhere... laundry machine came in handy and washing dried in half a day outside. Plenty of mineral water and a big swimming pool... restaurant too quiet for us but looked well organised. Thank you to all the staff!"
"I am currently living abroad on a long-term assignment, but I stayed at this hotel during a short vacation. I was very happy to enjoy Japanese food, especially natto, at breakfast every day. "Fantastic stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere. If you are coming with family, this is a fantastic choice as everything is located at the Saigon Centre. One criticism. Hotel guests have access to the gym, but the gym is in the Saigon Centre. You have to be escorted by a hotel employee to be signed in to use the gym. They should just have guest passes for hotel guests. It’s fine but a tiny bit inconvenient and inefficient. Would stay here again."
