"Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location, and truly wonderful staff. The building itself is stunning — elegant architecture, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the Tube and a short stroll to Covent Garden Market, with endless food, shops, and people-watching opportunities right at your doorstep. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, London rooms tend to be on the cozier side, but there was more than enough space to move around without performing suitcase gymnastics. Despite being on a busy street, we heard absolutely no outside noise — which felt like a small miracle in central London. We could occasionally hear the adjacent room through the (locked) adjoining door, but since we spent most of our days out exploring and crashed into bed happily exhausted at night, it was hardly an issue. Breakfast was exceptional — a wide variety of options and a team that made mornings feel genuinely welcoming (not always easy before coffee!). I was celebrating my birthday, and Jean Claude at reception went above and beyond to make it extra special with a thoughtful treat waiting in our room. That kind of personal touch makes all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again when we return — which, after this trip, will hopefully be very soon."

"My third time staying here… love the hotel. Now they state snacks free….The refrigerator had one candy bar and a cracker type snack . I had to tell them to replace the water, which they did… but for the cost of the room, they were cheap. "

"The room setup everyone else complains about in their review. I understand it, but for me, it was just fine. I had a queen room and was comfortable. My room was clean. The staff did a good job ensuring the room was cleaning daily, during my stay. Breakfast was good, for the most part. The gym is awesome; love the view and setup. The staff is amazing. Honorable mention to Aminah & Romero. Accessible to most transit and attractions; I enjoyed taking the bus and tube. I would stay here again. "
