"The room was super comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and an excellent location, within easy walking distance of Porto’s city center. Overall, a great experience!"

"The rooms in October has no air conditioning, they turn it off we were on the 20 th floor when you opened the window all you hear was the noise of the cars. We did get a fan for the room but it was very noisy, so room gets to 28 degrees, the gym has no air conditioner as well , so if you are like me and you work out go in the morning. Other wise the gym is a sauna. Breakfast is good , and the rooms are comfortable others then there is no ac."

"Simply nice and we got the room with great ocean views. Nice and friendly customer service."

"Really beautifully and thoughtfully designed hotel. Gorgeous views of Porto from Gaia, and walking distance to all the port houses. Getting over to the Porto side was easy via the metro or walking the bridge. The room was a tad small, but the views made up for it. The staff was very kind and helpful also. Would recommend!"

"Breakfast was the best part of this booking. Really good with a lot of variety. The property is good with space for kids to play. The staff was good, except at breakfast, where we were constantly interrupted by restaurant staff to pick up used plates while others were still eating. Mattress...
