"Great hostel, owner is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Place is just a 10 minute walk to the main area of Gaia and Porto, so its quiet, but also convenient. I got a private room in this hostel, but I'm sure a dorm room would've been fine. Free breakfast every morning and owner offers recommendations or engaging conversations about Portugal and Porto. They did my laundry for 10 euros too, which was great. "

"i have been two nights here and was given room 2209 at the executive floor. room war spacy and as expected. the restaurant at ground floor is decent, but there are more specialized locations in the city of course. the hotel itself is well maintained and lounge/bar/lobby invites to stay. Breakfast was ritch and good. the staff i met was very well skilled and did observe the customers and situation well and unobtrusive. would stay here again."

"A wonderful place to stay! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was super clean, nice comfortable bed. Beautiful breakfast!!! Lots of choices with pastries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheeses, meats, fruit, juice, coffee! Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a real value for money hotel. I was on the sixth floor and the room and bathroom were spotless, with the rooms serviced daily. The bed was really comfortable and there was no disturbance from traffic noise at night even though the metro line runs directly outside the hotel.
