"Armed with a map from the wonderful gentleman behind the desk, parking instructions, and the train routes which happened to be right across the street from this hotel, we were off. This property is right across from a huge shopping mall and a few steps away from Porto. So enchanted with this area that we went quite a few times on the train, then walked downhill to the wine spot “WOW” "

Martha greeted us on arrival with a complementary local cocktail and showed us to our room,which was beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning and the cleanliness was evident throughout. A small retreat on the outskirts of Gaia but we loved the isolation and peace. We were sad to leave and would highly recommend it and come back again. "

"Location is excellent, 2 minutes and you are at the Riverside. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable bed. Self check in & codes sent to access the property (There are 2 lifts, so make sure you take the right one) Safe in the room but i could not open it and got no response to my query which is why i gave 4 stars not 5. I would recommend & stay again as its great for a short city break. "

The hotel’s staff is very helpful. We arrived after midnight and received a little box with fruits and biscuits. Highly appreciated. "
