"Very good value for money in an excellent location. Very close to St James Park tube station and walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and Whitehall. The rooms are not as small as some of the reviews seem to say. The breakfast is quite acceptable and the location cannot be beaten. Open top buses stop right outside and the tube is a very short walk away."

"Super convenient location. Everything nearby, safe and quiet road. Staff were friendly. Property itself is bit old, but cleanliness was fine. Only drainage at bathroom was terrible, water didn't go down and almost flood, even I didn't run many water. Water pressure was low."

"Lovely stay from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient (just note there’s a £25 deposit, which I hadn’t expected). The room was spotless, and the little touch of chocolate on arrival was a nice surprise. The location is very central, making it perfect for getting around. Overall, a 10/10 stay—I’d happily return!"
