"The customer service is AMAZING, the beds are soooo comfortable, VERY clean, GREAT location the ONLY complaint is that the breakfast is over priced! It was $253 US for 3 people, buffet style and was not worth the price, not many options, quality not great. "

"This hotel gets a lot of mixed reviews, but honestly I think it was really good. I love the room concept-what a waste of space the traditional hallway is in a hotel room?? The small-ish bedroom is a real cosy boudoir and I had the best sleep-the slidy door from the bathroom to bedroom really made it quiet. Yes the corridors are dark, but it’s mean, moody and trendy. The service at front desk was exemplary but the reason for the dropped star is due to breakfast-limited selection and everything hot tasted very salty. All in all, a very good hotel, I’d stay again but have breakfast elsewhere en route."

"We had a good time at the hotel. We basically used it just to sleep. The room was comfortable. We had a family room. The bathroom and room were clean. It would be nice if the room had hanging hooks in the bathroom and room. They offered daily cleaning which is what we wanted. The staff were friendly and courteous. We asked for extra rack for the luggage and towels and they provided without problem. Noose level was good even thought we were next to the kitchen. Temperature was good and we were able to adjust it to our liking. Very close to Victoria Station. It was easy to get anywhere. Grocery and convenience stores were located close to the hotel too. Overall very happy. We would stay again!"

"The staff were great: very helpful, attentive, kind and ready and willing to help. It's very close to lots of great places and within walking distance of Victoria Station. It's a quiet and safe area. Please note that you have to use the stairs as there are no elevators. This was perfect for me as I am solo travelling. I am very satisfied with the booking. They also offer a baggage storage service and early check-in for £15."

"The room was clean and had a good view (which was an upgrade). The only two minor issues were the room was not as sound proof as expected (could hear people walking along the corridor) and you could hear the toilet refilling which took about 5 minutes for some reason. The breakfast options were excellent as was the location for where we needed to be. We never go chance to try the bar or gym etc, but the hotel was certainly clean and tidy."
