We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and happy to assist us with anything we needed. The family suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for our family of 5. Having a a washing machine was very convenient. It was nice to stay in the charming and quiet Dorsoduri district, but also a nice walk and boat ride when we wanted to get to the center.

Love our stay here very cozy it has big and nice rooms new AC , modern bathrooms with big shower head. It was the first time I saw a shower caps , liquid hand soap, facial tissue during our travel to Europe , washer helps our family a lot and tray to dry the clothes instead of hanging it. Less than 5 min walk to a grocery store.

The property is gorgeous and the staff are extremely helpful. They arranged a water taxi that brought us directly to the property and were very responsive to our queries. The apartment itself was gorgeous, my only comment is that the stairs in our unit led to a small balcony and we thought that the unit had an actual upstairs level. Not sure if we misread or what but just be aware that although stairs are pictured, the unit is actually a single level. Still very, very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo dei Guardiani in Venice. While the location is a bit farther from the city center, the accommodations were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The concierge service was outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly return and stay here again on a future visit to Venice.

Beautiful private water taxi pick up from airport directly to door step (easy to arrange with hotel). Spacious rooms and bathrooms, and has laundry in unit. You have to air dry your clothes tho, Europe. Could use a full length mirror in hallway. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Gorgeous historic square, art displays in windows, museums, church, all the things 🙂. About 20 min walk to st mark Square, rialto bridge and public water taxis available if only want to walk one way.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Close walking distance to restaurants and activities. Stayed here as family of four. Plenty of space. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. They also brought a special treat to my daughter for her 16th birthday. Would absolutely stay here again.
