It is near train station and takes about 14 minutes to walk to the hotel. The reception desk is open at 8:30am. They provide free luggage storage since we arrived in the morning and the room is not available till the afternoon. The unit is very spacious and modern. We live in a two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The shower is very powerful. I feel I did a power wash on my body! No breakfast is provided but they have coffee and tea. We had a warm and delicious breakfast at the nearby breakfast place-Majer. We also had a great steak dinner at La Vacaria. Both are within a few minutes walking distance.

Great location, close to a grocery store, close to many great restaurants. We absolutely loved this place. Our hotel concierge Laura gave us wonderful recommendations. Probably the nicest place we have stayed at. Everything was new and clean. Close enough to everything, but also quiet as well right on the canal. Close to Public paid parking lots and we were able to walk. We definitely would stay here again.

Gem of a stay in Venice! We were very satisfied with the cleanliness! We truly felt like we stayed in a five star hotel. The cherry on top was the Amouage bath products provided. I will be looking forward to coming back!
