The property and rooms were beautiful. Everything was very clean and the decorations were beautiful. The location is amazing-just a very short walk to all the sights. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Exceptional staff and Super Clean Hotel!

The staff are beyond amazing. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. The staff were very attentive, answered all her questions took us through everything we needed to know to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this, and would stay here again in my next trip to Venice. Very easy walk from the hotel to Piazzo San Marco. Everything was exceptional

Excellent location and amazing room at the annex building, it was beautifully decorated and looked recently renovated and very clean. We will stay there again. The hotel is just a few steps from the vaporeto water buses and the street right besides the Doge’s museum and the St Mark’s square and St Peter’s basilica, the best location ever! Walk everywhere!

Fantastic accommodation

Not sure where to start: staff, especially Marco, super friendly and helpful, our room was perfect, bed very comfy, breakfast room tight but cosy ( only gripe here was the rather runny hard boiled egg!!) Hop, skip and jump from St Mark's Square and many decent trattoria. If we get the chance to return to Venice we will stay here again. Hopefully. 😊

Amazing service, great location off of the water.

Marco at the front desk was amazing. The hotel did not have elevators and he carried up almost all of our luggage for us and assisted us in getting a water taxi scheduled for the next morning. The hotel is not on the water, but a very small walk from the water. They provided a small breakfast the next morning! The service here was amazing!

Amazing in Everything

Perfect in everything(location, service, room, and atmosphere) To get to the hotel must use the water taxi from outside the station. Check with the hotel which station to get off. Only minor flaw the shower is a bit small for big people.

Weekend in Venice

A perfect location near St Marc's square and a 5min walk from the water taxi stop from the airport. Set in a little square with a few restaurants, shops and bars, it made for a lovely atmosphere during our stay. There is some chatter from these at night, but it never lasted too late, and it didn't effect our sleep. James on reception was very helpful and informative, the room was very clean and spacious (room 23) with views over the square. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious with good choices and frothy cappuccinos made to order by the always smiling waitress.

Short mid week break

The hotel was welcoming and in a great location ,easy to locate when leaving the water bus,small room but clean and comfortable ,Ideal location for all the places you would like to visit. Missed tea/coffee Facalities in the room. Breakfast was basic but suited us -pity the drinks were not hot ,not sure what happened with the coffee .

Do not book if you have mobility issues

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to all main attractions. Frederica is the only shining star at this hotel - she is a super hero and was of great help to me and my husband who has mobility issues she has a fantastic sense of service and has a great personality the hotel is not recommended - no elevators - calls to reception even when it is open go unanswered our room on the 4th floor was exhausting to get to breakfast was adequate - exact same thing every morning , but the service from Frederica was outstanding ing

Absolutely perfect. Our room was spacious, kitchen complete with oven, two balconies and so close to San Marcos Piazza - about two minutes walk. Our breakfasts were plentiful and our hostess was just amazing. She was gracious, knowledgeable and informative. All the staff were professional and courteous. We especially enjoyed talking with Massimo. This was my wife's first trip to Italy and #8 for me. We will throw our coins into the Trevi fountain and when we return this charming hotel will be our temporary Venetian home. Michael & Jennifer Millett

Excellent place with the best attention

Excellent room, comfortable beds and pretty decorations. The entire atmosphere was magical. The location was so close to the main landmarks of Venice, restaurants and aqua-taxi stations. All the people in reception were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

Fantastic!

GREAT hotel. Beautiful decor, right in the heart of Venice. Easy to get to, but the mlst amazing thing was the staff. The nicest, mlst helpful guy at the reception. Will 100% stay here again, if I am back in Venice.
