I am very happy to stay at this hotel. Staff were nice. Room is big, clean, and great amenities. Close to everywhere I need to go. Water taxi, food, and main attractions just 5-10 minutes walking. Definitely recommend it.

Really liked my stay here! It’s a clean, no-frills hotel just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. Gina and her colleague were super helpful — they even messaged on check-in day to make sure I found the place easily. If you’re arriving in Venice, take a water taxi to the San Zaccaria stop; the hotel’s an easy 5-minute walk from there. Lots of restaurants and bars around, and the rooms are simple but comfortable — perfect for a short stay in the city.

Great location. Quiet. Everything worked - good shower, bathtub, hit water, air conditioning etc. Had bottled water, fridge etc. Cleaning staff was very good and very friendly. Wasn't fancy and a little worse for wear, but checked all the boxes.

La Locandiera was a very pleasant, convenient, and relatively affordable place to stay for a first trip to Venice. The location could not be more convenient to visit the major sites and is central to the rest of the city. Though the building is old, the room was immaculate and well maintained. Guests should know reception is only open during the day. We checked in at night and used the self-checkin instructions without issue. The air conditioning was very effective.

We would come again!

Had a lovely stay with my wife. The hotel is small and without breakfast, but that is not something we missed as there are so many great options just outside the door and it gave us an insentive to expolore. The room was big, quiet and clean. The staff was lovely and supportive. Location was superb! Highly recommended.

Nice property in good location. Unfortunately the heating & cooling didn’t work at all & the room we had unfortunately didn’t have sunlight which would have been nice. Great location, friendly staff. A big hard to find at first but the location once found made up for it.

The property is very well located and generally nicely laid out. However, when we checked in, there was no toilet paper in our bathroom, there was a dead wasp in the corner of the room, and a small blood stain on the sheets. While the staff helped rectify these issues quickly, it was still an unpleasant start to the trip.
