I cannot compliment the staff at this hotel enough. They were exceptionally helpful and generous with their time and information. It is a marvelous central location. Yet still quiet enough to sleep in when tired from travel or a day of sightseeing. Many excellent restaurants and shops. A few blocks from the water taxi from the train station. Altogether a most marvelous experience. I will go back and look forward to being taken care of by the wonderful staff again.

I couldn’t say anything bad about this hotel even if I wanted to. Amazing location with lots of shopping and food options. They even give a list of their personal favorites so it’s like having a local guide before you even leave the hotel room. Complimentary water and prosecco was a great surprise touch. Would definitely re visit this hotel if I ever find myself in Venice again.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel according to American Standards, but it is 100% a 5 Star experience with a comfortable bed, shower, great service and authentic experience. I would stay on my return trip to Venice

Our stay at this hotel in Venice was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything yet peaceful and charming. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A lovely canal hotel. Some rooms having the view. All rooms tastefully Venetian styled in the 16 th century building. Nicely centrally located. Modern bathroom. If the price fits then proceed.
