Very clean and modern room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed to take a bus to get there and they sent us step by step instructions. We walked to the airport at 3:30am and felt very safe (family of 5). It was very convenient to stay here. Definitely recommend it.

We stayed here on the first night of a family vacation and appreciated it so much we selected it as our final stop when some travel plans changed. This hotel is very clean and a convenient spot--super close (5 minutes) to Marco Polo Airport-- which was great after a long day of travel. It's also located right next to a bus stop which is very convenient for sightseeing. As an added bonus, right across the street is a wonderful restaurant with phenomenal meals and gelato.

Staff was attentive and helpful, in the room one of the beds was broken and had collapsed, but it was OK. We could still sleep on it. And the first time we flushed the toilet it was stuck on and would not stop running, but the staff came and fixed it right away. Did not have an issue after that. We were hoping to walk to the airport, however, due to major construction along the road and sections of the road with very busy, heavy traffic and no sidewalks we decided to take a taxi which the staff arranged and worked out very well.

It’s very handy for the airport and a nice space, but we had room 002 behind the office and I would never recommend that room to anyone. So get it switched if they give it to you. In that room every time the door shut coming in/out of the office it shook our wall loudly. The headboard is against that wall and it physically shakes the headboard which makes it very hard to sleep.

Hostess was helpful. The free pick-up from the airport is great! The hotel is convenient to 3-4 eateries. The little town is tailored for people overnighting for early-ish flights from VCE. The room itself is very clean. The bed was not particularly comfortable and we struggled getting the Air Con to function. Still, the hotel definitely serves its purpose and the hostess is very helpful

The property was an easy 15 minute walk from the terminal. The airport shuttle runs at limited times and so was not available when I landed (which I knew in advance). Due to my arrival time, I received instructions for self check in which were very easy to follow. The room was very clean, well presented and toiletries provided for guests convenience. The only issue I experienced was that the bed was very hard and I did not have a comfortable nights sleep. I stayed for one night after landing in Italy before proceeding with my onward journey. My main requirement was a good night sleep which I did not get. The shower was very hot and powerful and the location excellent but a more comfortable bed would be welcome.
