It is in the perfect location! It’s walkable and convenient to train station, water taxis, restaurants and more. It is on the canal, just off a busy section of town. It was a quiet area and we felt safe. Rooms were clean and a continental breakfast was provided. Would stay here again.

This place was clean and very helpful staff. It had a great location for being close to rail, groceries, the water buses( vaporetto )and the people mover. I liked that it wasn’t in the very busy, crowded areas. But was just a short walk away.

The breakfast was good and plentiful; for non-Europeans, it was typical of a European breakfast and consisted of a variety of sweet pastries and coffee. The room was clean and well-serviced. The hotel was well-positioned for airport transport and access to the rest of old Venice, but it itself was in an area where newer buildings had been constructed, so there was less of the historical charm, although the hotel itself was an old historical building.

This was our second time staying at Casa Sant Andrea. It’s very affordable and close to the main area of Venice Italy. The continental breakfast is good and convenient to start your day.

Fantastic European breakfast. Croissant and coffee every morning. Desk was helpful with things to do and directions. Listen, this place is on a vaporetto stop. That's worth it's weight in gold. 5 star stay and 5 star treatment

Great place to stay! Simple breakfast but enough variety. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Easy to get to, but further from the main sites. Beds and pillows were of the more firm variety. Allowed us to keep luggage there after checkout until we finished our day.

Old place and a bit quirky

This was a quirky hotel in decent location by water bus stop. It’s quite old and a bit quirky especially the ancient elevator. If you like historical buildings then this is a fine place for you Rooms clean and bathroom is quite large. Service was a bit abrupt like they were doing us a favour The included breakfast was good with many options.

The property is located 5-8 minutes walk from the Venice train station, very close to the boat transportation, property has a vintage feel and it is good, breakfast is good and the staff are nice and friendly

The breakfast is the same everyday, but there are cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, juice, bake goods, and toasts. The only concern is the elevator that could be broken from time to time. The location is excellent as we did not have look for long with our luggage in the evening. There is no help with luggage up and down stairs and crossing bridges in Venice unless the hotel offers porter service for a fee. Being close enough to P. Le. Roma helped.
